If you purchase an item you agree that payments made through our website are made at your own risk.

Our products are either made by hand or vintage/antique and therefore will show signs of use, wear and tear and uniqueness.  We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

If you purchase an item from us then you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of ordering the item, unless the item is bespoke, a sale item or made to order, in which case these items are non-refundable. Or within 24 hours of receiving the item. To cancel orders, you must notify our Customer Services by email to within 24 hours of delivery. If you pay a deposit to secure an item, this amount is non refundable. 

If you notify us of your intention to cancel your order with us, you must return any items to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them and using the original packaging. This will be at your own cost. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them in transit and we reserve the right to charge you for any such loss or damage. Returns are the responsibility of the customer until they arrive safely back at the warehouse, any orders that arrive damaged will not be refunded.

If the items were made to order, to your specifications, or are clearly personalised, sale items or vintage art pieces you will not have the right to cancel your order and no refunds will be given unless the item is faulty. Please note that we can not guarantee precise measurements for bespoke items and not can we guarantee precise colour matches.  

You must return the item(s) in the same condition in which you received them, with their original packaging. You are asked to take reasonable care with the items and if your handling or viewing of the item is excessive beyond that reasonably required to ensure that the item functions as expected or you damage the item in any way then the cost will be deducted from the purchase price and we will refund the balance.

Once we receive the item back we will assess it and will notify you of whether we are accepting the product for return. A full refund not including delivery will be offered by us will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned items.

Hourly Consultations

From £150

A remote hourly service to offer the opportunity to ask an interior designer anything you would want. Whether it is in relation to a certain problem, a particular piece of furniture, upholstery, or to simply chat over ideas, it is up to the client.
